Request a material reviewRequest and review
Submit the organization, contact, material, estimated quantity, source, location and desired timing. Tadweer reviews the request and asks only for missing information.
Quote, acceptance and NOC
Tadweer issues a versioned quote for the whole opportunity. The current version can be accepted and completed with the additional NOC information and client signature or stamp.
Permit and receiving
The client obtains the required external permit. Tadweer manually verifies it before publishing gate clearance. Deliveries remain first-come, first-served.
Completion
Back-office operators record accepted delivery totals from the existing paper evidence. Completion and the Destruction Certificate remain explicit reviewed actions.
